We are currently searching for a third Co-Founder and Lead Educator to help us bring this vision to life. We are looking for someone who finds their home in the classroom and has the vision to design and lead a school from the ground up.
We’re looking for someone who:
Centers Equity: Is excited to integrate a curriculum rooted in social justice and anti-bias education.
Is a Community Weaver: Loves the classroom and also wants to lead, partner with families, and build a local power base for inclusive Jewish education.
Is Jewishly Rooted: Whether their Judaism is found in ritual, activism, or niggunim, they are ready to weave those threads into the daily rhythm of the school.
If this sounds like you, send us a message!
If you aren’t ready to jump into being a co-founder, we would still love to connect! Perhaps you have skills related to marketing, fundraising, or community building. We would love to discuss how you might be interested in supporting Nurit to get off the ground.

We welcome families from all Jewish, and non-Jewish, backgrounds. We will be a diverse community, rooted in pluralistic values- drawing from Jewish traditions across the observance spectrum and across the world.
